Meet Lenny - Enthusiastic, Motivated & Ambitious ️​ Lenny has recently completed his Level 3 Domestic Plumbing and Heating Technician Apprenticeship with us here at FloFlame, and is now continuing his journey alongside the two Dan's, building his skills and confidence as he takes on new challenges and continues to grow within the trade. Lenny brings a friendly energy that always puts a smile on our faces. We are excited to see him develop further and continue to thrive as part of the FloFlame team.

Meet Leo - Motivated, Hands-On & Focused ​ Leo joined the FloFlame team in January 2026 and has quickly become a valued member of our growing team. Now officially undertaking his Plumbing & Heating Apprenticeship at Colchester Institute, Leo attends college one day a week alongside gaining hands-on experience with our engineers out in the field. From boiler installations and servicing to general plumbing and heating work, Leo is building his skills and knowledge every day while learning the high standards of workmanship and customer care we pride ourselves on at FloFlame. We’re proud to support the next generation of the trade and look forward to seeing Leo continue to develop throughout his apprenticeship.

Meet Benjamin - Driven , Experienced & Customer-Focused Benjamin joins FloFlame with 10 years industry experience, having previously worked at Blueflame. He is a fully qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer, with additional experience across air conditioning and renewable technologies. Benjamin shares the FloFlame commitment to high-quality workmanship, attention to detail and delivering a friendly, reliable service from start to finish. With a wealth of experience behind him, he’s a brilliant addition to the FloFlame team.

Meet Laura - Captain of Multitasking ️& Always Happy to Help Keeping everything organised & 'Flo-ing' in the office, from accounts to job bookings & everything in between. Laura worked as an insurance broker for over 10 years, so attention to detail is very important. Laura has supported Dan C for the last 8 years on the admin side of business & not only does she boss him around at work, she carries that on at home.

Meet Bear, Office 'Top Dog' - Loving, Loyal & Food Driven ️ Bear has 5 years experience in keeping Laura's feet warm under the desk & loves a good cuddle & belly tickle. He may not be a fully qualified engineer, but he is most certainly a very important part of the FloFlame team.
