Leo Warren – Pre-Apprentice Plumbing & Heating Assistant
Meet Leo - Motivated, Hands-On & Focused Leo is the latest addition to the FloFlame team and is eager to build a strong foundation in the trade and brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in learning all aspects of plumbing and heating. Under the guidance of our experienced engineers, Leo is developing hands-on skills while supporting day-to-day installations, servicing, and maintenance. We are excited to support Leo at the beginning of his career and look forward to watching him grow with FloFlame.

Meet Dan G - Courteous, Reliable & Diligent ️ A professional through & through. Dan G is a valued & accomplished engineer who is qualified in Gas, Oil and LPG. Dan G has always been a customer's favourite due to his respectful & kind natured approach.
Laura Clarke - Office Administrator
Meet Laura - Captain of Multitasking ️& Always Happy to Help Keeping everything organised & 'Flo-ing' in the office, from accounts to job bookings & everything in between. Laura worked as an insurance broker for over 10 years, so attention to detail is very important. Laura has supported Dan C for the last 8 years on the admin side of business & not only does she boss him around at work, she carries that on at home.
Lenny Mallows - Junior Engineer
Meet Lenny - Enthusiastic, Motivated & Ambitious ️ Lenny has recently completed his Level 3 Domestic Plumbing and Heating Technician Apprenticeship with us here at FloFlame, and is now continuing his journey alongside the two Dan's, building his skills and confidence as he takes on new challenges and continues to grow within the trade. Lenny brings a friendly energy that always puts a smile on our faces. We are excited to see him develop further and continue to thrive as part of the FloFlame team.
Bear - Office Dog
Meet Bear, Office 'Top Dog' - Loving, Loyal & Food Driven ️ Bear has 5 years experience in keeping Laura's feet warm under the desk & loves a good cuddle & belly tickle. He may not be a fully qualified engineer, but he is most certainly a very important part of the FloFlame team.
